Your data, under your control

What Neegui actually does to protect your business — explained simply, with no promise we don't keep.

Who sees what

Neegui never touches your money: the app records your sales and payments (cash, Orange Money, Wave, MTN MoMo); it collects nothing and holds no funds. The money stays in your till and in your Mobile Money accounts.
You see all your shops and businesses.
Your employees only see the businesses and actions you allow (checkout, stock, refunds…). These permissions are checked by the server on every operation: an employee can't bypass them by modifying the app.
Another shop never sees your data: every business is kept separate.
The Neegui team: access is restricted to Neegui administrators, for support and security. We never sell your data.

Sales, payments, customer credit and refunds are validated by the server, not just by the phone.
When an employee refunds or cancels a sale, you immediately get a notification with the amount and their name.
Every sensitive action leaves a trace (activity log) and cash discrepancies are detected.

Access to your data is limited to the Neegui app installed from the Play Store and the official website app.neegui.app.
A modified copy of the app or a rogue program is rejected, even with a real account (Firebase App Check).

The app is protected by a PIN code, locked for 30 minutes after 5 wrong attempts.
You are alerted on every new sign-in to your account from another device.
From any device: Settings → My devices → Sign out of all devices.

The database is backed up every day and protected against accidental deletion.
Offline, your sales are kept on the phone then sent when the network returns, with no duplicates.

We don't sell your data and show no ads.
You can export your reports as PDF or Excel at any time.
You can delete your account from the app: after a 7-day period to change your mind, all your data is erased.
